JBA vs Solo high flow cats?

So I am looking into high flow cats. Which are better the $450 JBAs or the $700 Solos? Running stock manifolds and Solo Mach-XL exhaust and I am not planning on getting a tune.

I can only speak to the Solos and what I've heard about the JBA's. Solo's will NOT cause a CEL but the Jba's might. The difference is that the Solo's come with rear O2 extenders which moves the rear O2 sensor out of the exhaust stream so you don't get a false CEL. The Jba's do not come with extenders, so if you decide on JBA's make sure to spend the extra cash on extenders. I know first hand that the Solo's are top notch quality, perfect fit, and great customer service! Hope that helps!

The are exactly the same except SOLO includes the rear o2 spacer that sells for $20 on E-bay. JBA mids are less expensive as they build their parts in mass production and SOLO builds small runs of products so the cost is higher.

I had JBA mids and they were the best mod for the $$$.

Read this build!

I have been using SOLO cats for over a year. Definitely felt the difference, no CEL, and made my Corsa exhaust sound even louder. Definitely recommend them.

How much were the O2 sensors? I'm thinking about just leaving the old ones on the stock cats so I can just throw them back on a smog time here in California.

You really can't go wrong with either set. For the extra bucks the customer service that comes with the Solo system is a nice piece of mind.

JBA has some of the BEST customer service I have seen. I had an issue and they took care of it right away.

For buying the O2 extenders is there a specific one I need to get, length etc...?
