These New Chevy Commercials..........

Are incredibly bland and corny to me. I know what they are trying to do but man this isn't the way to go about it.

Very similar to the range rover!, oh this is a chevy!

Wi Fi the car? Jee wiz!!!!

But this one was funny though

I hope they come with some more clever than these though.

Dodge has been killing it with theirs and GM has really dropped the ball with theirs.

That was one was mostly cute (only a split second of corny when he was showing the OnStar website).

I agree that there's better commercials by other makers. Guess they're trying to appeal to a lower common denominator, people who are amazed by flashy things. And I'm not talking about style, thinking more along the lines of "buzz words," gimmicks, and snake oil. They don't even mention anything about the most important aspects of the car. Again, the lowest common denominator don't care. These commercials are probably aiming for the Corolla driving class. It wouldn't surprise me if they found these people outside a Toyota dealership and offered them free punch and pie. Sell 'em a time share while you're at it.

I hate this commercial. It's like Chevrolet is admitting that these other manufacturers make a better vehicle and everyone should be surprised that it's "just a Chevy." ... Whoever approved this ad should be fired.

I feel like the new line of commercials have this underlying feeling of desperation to them, even if its not desperation. They are painful to get through and i feel embarassed somehow everytime i see them. Gm needs a midcycle refresh on their commercials

I hate the Buick commercials.

"That's a Buick? Sure doesn't look like a Buick"

First of all, yes. Yes it does look like a Buick.
Second of all... What are you trying to say? That all the previous Buicks are ugly? Can you imagine BMW talking down their entire reputation?

I mean sure the Buicks haven't been so great looking these past years but don't point it out in your own commercials

I'm not a fan of these commercials too. I think GM's mentality is to appeal to people who don't know anything about cars.....which is probably about 80% of the population.
I LOVE the Dodge Hellcat commercials but they only appeal to the enthusiasts....which is a small portion of the population.
Overall, I think GM has the better advertising strategy.
