Loose Factory Spoiler on 2013 camaro

Hey guys,

I'm not sure if this is the right place for me to post this, but my factory spoiler is loose on the right side of the Camaro. Does anybody know how to tighten this?

I see where it is mounted inside the roof of the trunk but it is covered with a rubber piece. Does that rubber piece just pop off? i don't want to pop it off and break it.

Any help is appreciated.

4 years later and this is still a problem, way to go gm. Your first tsb and still. It was one thing when it was 2009, we were in the middle of a recession and gm was bankrupt, and they rushed this car to market. But come on, their assemblers still lack torque wrenches?
