I'm a realtor so my car is basically my office. I'd say I'm right at 700 miles a week currently. I love the look of the 6th Gen but it seems like I'll be around the same fuel costs.....

I'm driving close to 750 miles a week. This car has an 18 gallon tank and it last me about 280 miles...

From what I can find, the 5.7L RT gets a claimed 15 city/23 hwy and the V6 Camaro gets 18/27... Not too much of a difference... Their performance numbers look to be identical, too; 5.1 to 60 and 13.7 in the quarter. The camaro is down in power, but weighs about 500 lbs less so it pretty much washes out.

I would get a new Civic or Accord for what you are primarily using the car for. Then sell a few extra houses and buy yourself a toy to put in the garage.

How will you take potential buyers around in the back seat of the Camaro? Do they just follow you to the property?

I traded in my 2014 accord for the challenger 😐..... I have my clients follow me to the houses for the most part.

the v6 will give you better fuel economy and equal power to the basic RT. actually, the v6 is a tad bit quicker. do you use regular gas on the RT or premium?

I have been getting around 25-26 with my auto. it has the 6 to 4 feature which really saves on gas costs. The power on the car is awesome. Big difference from the last gens 6. My previous car was a 2012 RS V6 6 speed. it averaged 22mpg. And it was a wicked little track car as well. I could go a whole day on the track as opposed to the v8's (fuel wise). And still keep up.

I have around 2000 miles on my SS. Average is 24.9 and I don't baby it. Did a 175 mile round trip yesterday and got 29.5

If I was looking for a fun car to drive and cared alot about MPG, I would be looking at a Golf GTI. Probably every bit as fun as a Challenger R/T or a Camaro V6 and way better on gas than either. Also it is a quality car you can appreciate as someone who enjoys cars and it specifically engineered for fun and comfortable sporty driving just like the '16 Camaro. And being real estate, wouldn't 4 doors be nice to have?

Yeh...but he wouldn't have to be covering his face in a Camaro.

I could see 3 more MPG, which is a 20% improvement. Also you can run 87 octane, I believe the RT takes 89.

If that's enough of a gain is up to you. New malibu 2.0T is a pretty snazzy looking ride with a little bit of power.
