Rear diff fluid change

Hi guys just had my third oil change to switched from factor dexos to mobile one full synthetic. I also had my rear diff fluid changed for the first time at 8900 mile (semi aggressive driving however no track time).

I must stay there is a noticeable difference in the shifting (1SS manual). I have no idea if the rear diff fluid would effect this. I may be just crazy and I have only driven it a few mile since the service.

Is there any way new fluid could affect smoothness of the shifter? If so I highly recommend this to anyone who is having notchy feel when changing gears. Such a difference.

By the way the fluid was replaced for free to the "groan" service bulletin.

the replacement of the rear diff fluid has no affect on the trans shifting.
keep us posted on weather or not the groan comes back as there are gobs of people saying that it comes back regardless how many times its been flushed. (I'm one of them)
