Goodbye for now Camaro6
Well, I had an itch, and scratched it. Sold the Camaro, traded in the Volt and brought this bad boy home. It's sweet.

Sweet ride. My neighbors have a new one and it’s surprisingly quiet. If I had one I’d probably mess with the turbos and exhaust to make it a little louder. See you on the flip side!

Well at least it's a Raptor, a noble vehicle for sure. Enjoy!

Unfortunately I had to do the same Camaro-> F150 trade this week with watered down versions of both of your vehicles ...my 1SS 6M for a leftover 19 XLT F150 2.7 Ecoboost.
Your Raptor looks great in that blue. Great truck for Colorado winters! |

Sorry for the hijack
Sold my 2018 1SS for a Tesla Model 3 LR AWD. I needed the 4 doors and wanted the full self driving.
I loved and still miss my HBM 1SS, but I'm quite happy with the Tesla. I never in a million years thought I'd move to an electric car. That sound of the 6.2 V8 was intoxicating. But, you get used to it and not having a tranny, lol. I'm a manual junkie so I had to deal with it. It's weird but cool to not feel any shifts, but the instant torque. When you hit the accelerator, it moves!! No BS, no wait, and it's not even the performance version. Still, I loved the SS and still admire it when I see one. |
