Its not snapchats fault, its the driver, only the driver had control of the car. Everyone knows using a cellphone and driving can be extremely dangerous.

So sad, see far to many people always on their phones even when driving it's stupid people, put the phone down and enjoy the moment and the people you are with

Exactly , but the crooks , bottom feeders ( read lawyers ) will try and find a way to blame someone or a corporation , whoever has the deepest pockets to cash in
One off these days they will go after XYZ phone manufacture , the microchips manufacture , the unions that may represent those little kids in China that put it together , anyone that touch the phone unit and the carrier off course , when they find a way to do it they will
Even with all the money spent on ads ,tickets etc , etc not to use the handheld device to call or text while driving
It's coming , you can take it to the bank !
