Obviously not a good idea, but what're you going to do if you're on the freeway and you all of a sudden come up against that. Can't exactly turn around or pull over or anything like that...

My sister did that with her BMW. It stalled out when the water was half-way up the doors. Did she climb out the window and call a tow truck? Nope, she tried to start it back up while it was still half-submerged. Not surprisingly, despite numerous garage repairs it still never ran right again. Not to mention it smelled like dead fish every time it sat in the sun with the windows up.

What a tool.....he only compounds the problem/risk by going as fast as he does. Lucky the motor didn't suck water in and hydrolock. Just plain dumb....

He has now got 2 major problems....1)Its Michigan and the water is filled with lead. 2)The car is now flooded which automatically reduces the car value by thousands.
