How is AFM Implemented in the Manual Camaro?
Is AFM on all the time in the Camaro with manual transmission or can you turn it off like you can in the C7?

The AFM is disable in the M6 Camaro.

It's not implemented on the M6 based Camaros, only A8.

Thanks, that's a relief. I'm assuming there isn't any of that skip shift stuff that's in the C7 either?

M6 have no AFM, but do have skip shift.

AFM comes on the A8 - Only
M6 comes with Skip Shift - You can disable this either in the Tune or a Wire above the transmission but below the console... |

I thought the M6 cars came with the AFM stuff but just didn't have it enabled? I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere...

I, for one, am a big fan of AFM. Hitting 35 mpg average on the interstate is why.
