When I bought my Mustang I got a $4,000 rebate, I also got another $2,000 off for X Plan. I paid $24,000 for a car with a window sticker of $30,000. 2 years later I got $19,000 on trade. That huge rebate apparently did not hurt the resale value of that car. Neither did the Takata air bag. My Mustang sold 1 week later, I don't even want to know what they got for it. But I bet it wasn't too far from what I paid originally.
That said, the only time I ever experience buyer's remorse, is when I read about these sweet deals people are getting on these cars now.

It was pretty much 25% with the additional 1400 off. I paid almost 10,000 under msrp of 40,035 |

Due to the price I'm guessing that's a 1SS. (The photo's are low quality) Not a bad deal, they were going for about 38k here, without rebates and such. Congratulations on getting a new 6th gen though! Time to update the signature.

Great deal. Enjoy the ride!
I've been eyeing an 1SS in the Philadelphia area with a current offer similar to your's ($31.5k), but sadly have to wait till March. Sucks for those who bought much earlier for their resale, but happy to see more people getting into Camaros. |
