Set your mirrors farther out. Watch the YouTube video linked earlier - it takes 30 min of driving to get used to and you'll figure out that you were wasting your time keeping your car in view. I have never seen my car in my mirrors and I've never had visibility problems.

if you set them further out you have to look in two mirrors instead of just one if someone is weaving in and out of traffic behind you.

I adjusted my mirrors first day I bought the car after driving it for a little to get used to it. They switch could be broken now for all I know...

I've seen this posted many times but having to back down (or up) my veeeery narrow driveway means I literally need to see the tires in my mirrors and this setting is useless. Same for parallel parking which I have to do a lot in the city. Just get used to it OP, I'm in the same boat as you moving the mirrors up/down all the damn time.

Try driving a truck every day in S.Florida it makes driving and adjusting the mirrors on a Camaro a cake walk.I have my side mirrors adjusted to barely see the rear flanks of the car and to fully see the lanes next to me.The inside mirror is adjusted to cover the right and mid part of the car.

I'll try to find a link but there is aftermarket side mirros that look like the ones on the concept camaro before it came out. They are thinner but have actually more visibility.

Definitely works great; I watched this video a few months ago and followed his suggestions and I have not adjusted my mirrors since. the only problem I have is with my rearview mirror. It always falls out of place. Anyone know how to tighten the mirror?

No worries. You will pass them on the side of the road after a bit. Full tank of gas at top speed lasts about 12 minutes or 50 miles.

AAC's mirrors have a slight bend to them that gives you a smaller blind spot. But, if you're worried about your blind spot when changing lanes in front of somebody I recommend the gas pedal.

I used to have a problem with it, but I got used to it. Angle your mirrors to where you won't see any body part of the car when sitting comfortably, never had any near misses with that set up.

Send a message via AIM to 2011ss/rs
OP with only 3500 miles of driving the car the blind spots will disappear and the mirrors will be fine with more miles you put on it.

I think the side mirrors are fine too. I set mine once and haven't touched them since. But I am constantly fighting with the inside rear view mirror. I can't really adjust it where I want it, I adjust it to where it hits the overhead console (would like it higher) and then it gradually starts to droop. I'm not very tall so I can't imagine how tall people would see anything. The console is different on convertibles so maybe that part is a convertible only issue? I'm also starting to think maybe the mirror isn't all the way seated on the button or maybe the button is installed to high. Is anyone else having this problem, especially convertible owners??
