Kansas is flat and long! Heading west you can actually see the curvature of the earth, as the mountains in CO seem to rise up out of the ground.

No emissions/inspections/mod rules. But also no curvy roads. :(

But driving to Missouri for curvy roads in the Mark Twain National Park there is DEFINITELY worth it! Went there to spectate the 100 Acre Wood Rally event the first week I had my car, and I almost didn't come back. If you drive through Missouri, take a detour through there.

You can't do anything to your car in California there are so many laws forbidding modifications. California has their own special engines in some cases due to emissions

Northern Delaware. Sounds crazy but where I live if you take back roads you will have a super fun time. They are extremly windy and it's a pretty cool scenery. Then we have main roads that you can open up on lol

California for sure! I mean you can do anything to your car out here! NOT!!!!

thanks to all the prius drivers that pass stupid emission laws. It's even illegal to put a CAI on the car.

If you go on any major websites for auto parts, long tubes, superchargers, SummitRacing. They all say the parts are not legal in CA!! Only state that is freakin hard about anything you do to your car!

No state inspections in Florida and the only mods they would bother you on is blacked out headlights or using blue or red lights while you drive.

Gotta go with Nevada. Southern Nevada. Almost always sunny and doesnt have the crappy emissions laws of Cali.

Id say FL. i lived in VA my entire life and had a striaght pipe exhaust on my 300zx TT. got pulled over for my car having a weird smell and sounding aftermarket, no front plate, tint too dark, too low to the ground, etc...but then i moved to FL and theres no county tax, emissions and cops dont care what you do to you car! I love it!

Florida. Great weather most of the year. No inspections or smog tests. No front plate and a huge Camaro following.

Come on, it's here in KANSAS!

No emissions check
No inspections
NO FRONT LICENSE PLATE
Cheap insurance (relative to most states)
Concealed Carry (gotta protect it :> )

It's seems like you couldn't put an air freshner in a car in California without getting fined.
