Flex Fuel / LT4 testing coming very soon
EFI Tuning is currently in the process of creating some new Flex Fuel kits for the C7 and Z06. Assuming we don't encounter any unforeseen issues we will be seeing how far we can go with Flex Fuel on the Z06 this coming weekend. The goal is to get some hard data on where the LT4 fuel system limits are as well as how to mitigate those limits safely and as inexpensively as possible. Rather than deal in theoreticals we are going to just collect some real world data.
We will be increasing the ethanol ratio up until we start to show evidence of fuel supply limits. Stay tuned! Tim |

awesome!
is the zo6 stock? I am pretty sure someone did e85 in an otherwise completely stock 2017 zl1 and it pushed it to over 600rwhp. I suspect a z06 will do the same. you may need to turn it up to find out the limits of the lt4 stuff. |

This car has headers and possibly an aftermarket airbox.

My LT4 is stock... stock headers, factory cats, stock camaro airbox (with K&N). It easily makes over 600 rwhp. The tune is a blend of '16 CTS-V and '17 ZL1 with the fueling dialed in perfectly (stock AFRs). I did a couple dyno pulls with it leaned out a little and it easily made 620 hp and 650 ft lbs (SAE). I dialed it back to stock AFRs running less timing than a ZL1 and made 605/633.
