I never get stares.... prolly cause OP is a girl most likely and she's not in a mini/beetle.

Now I got stares in my Viper, wooowee pictures taken, trucks blowing their horn, etc

Not a mini/beetle person. But I've heard the minis are fun to drive.

I get stares frequently. I was in a center turn lane today with a custom performance shop off to my right and just the sound of my SS with the performance exhaust made everyone look out the open garage door.

I get a lot of stares in my 14 year old Trans Am as well so I'm kind of used to it.

Very cool! I love the Firehawk. 14 years of blissful driving. We road trip in the car and throw the kids in the back. I did drag race twice and did an SCCA race which was a blast. Someday my daughter (she's 9) will get the Hawk. Maybe when she's 30!

I used to get a ton in my '97 Z28 too, so many I used to say to my wife "geez it's just a car" I've had 3 thumbs up, a girl hang out the window at Mcdonalds and yell "nice car", one woman in a crosswalk slow down so her man could get ahead of her turn around and mouth 'love your car" with a thumbs up, and a woman walked me all the way across the lot and into the store at home depot talking about the car. Not so unusual but this was all in the last 6 days.

Its awesome! I saw two kids playing in the driveway and they both stopped and there jaws just dropped as I rode by. I couldn't help but laugh. I always break my neck when one passes me also.

That just means you need some custom modifications!

At work I always catch people parking and looking at my car while walking away
