Moroso Catch Can Install

Installed the Moroso Catch Can with Apex braided lines and AN fittings.

Pretty easy install with the exception of getting the stock tube off and putting the braided hose back on the fittings, (no room for big hands)

Roto-Fab going on tomorrow custom painted by Todd at Rodgers Chevrolet

That orange rubber cap would not stay on, I was always finding it off down low under the hood. Placed some black tape on it, but it came off again. I don't see any oil coming out of the tube, so the valve holds. So, I don't have a cap anymore, finally lost it on the road.

looks good but the position of it there would drive me crazy. I would have to unbolt that thing constantly.

Why would you have to unbolt it constantly? I have the same one, only time I removed it was when I did the cam swap.

Yep, dont have to remove it unless you want to check the screen stuff inside. I just open the valve each time I change my oil...simple. If you lower the entire cup, you can unscrew the lower half without unbolting anything too. Mine is installed just like the one in this thread.

I swap lower rings for different events. Road course I'm running an 8.66" lower and 10" lower for drag racing. Just one less thing near the tensioner for better access. Also, why is the tubing so close to the belt & idlers?

Great install. I really like the braided line upgrade you did, looks sharp! My Moroso can is stock.

looks awesome man, I want to replace my Rx catch can. thing doesn't work for me. I've had it on for a while now and have not a drop of return oil from it. don't know if that's a good thing or bad..
