agreed BUT....they already stated the exhaust sound is controllable...if you remove the NPP exhaust, that functionality goes away most likely. Thought that was kind of cool to get your sound just right after maybe intake mods/cam etc. I have the NPP still on my car but I might remove this next time and cut 40-50lbs maybe ?

I think it was stated somewhere else on here let the big suitcase is just a shell to improve aerodynamics and is not actually that heavy

SS Interior/Exterior Video
I would say they spent many hours with computer modeling and wind tunnel testing to get the vents exactly the right shape and size to fit with the other aero aspects of the car... larger vents or different shaped ones might have spoiled the effectiveness.

As long as I'm not going thru a divorce around the time this new SS hits the lots, then I'll be trading in my 14SS... I having nightmare experience with brakes... Having to replace front rotors every 3-6 months is not acceptable.

My biggest issue is the hood vents. They just look cheap and slapped on. Like when you see a Civic driving down the road with a hood scoop glued to the hood. I understand it's for heat extraction, but the 14-15 style was more aggressive.

And for people complaining about the badges, you know you can take them off right and move them wherever your heart desires?

Anyone who thinks the 5th gen interior is better than the 6th gen is on some type of drugs.

Being at the reveal, I liked all of it. I could nit pik but hard to please everyone. The ONLY thing I can say for sure I dont like is the SS emblem in the seats. I may have SS branded on my back in the Oklahoma summers :-(

Anyone else think that looks more like a 55 than an SS?

Only thing I'd change is the Chevrolet badge to a Camaro badge

I agree. I was hoping for something like the refresh extractor or even the Stingray/ATS-V/CTS-V style.

I also noticed this, the SS emblem should definitely be embroidered
