So, when you get this new power, how long before you get bored with it? Will you buy a ZL1? And when you get bored with that? It sound like it could never end.

No I wont get bored with a ss, I could never afford a zl1 as I work a blue collar job. I took it to a quarter mile track where I came from and ran 95 miles a hour. I didn't know of any road courses and I wasnt going to drive 2-3 hours for one either

I usually don't preach because everyone's answer is always to get an SS or a ZL1, but you sound like you should get a V8 car. I too remember the days of really nothing thrilling going on while I mashed the pedal and rowed through the gears of my 2010 2LT. I knew it was a problem that the car needed to be 2 seconds faster to even start to provide a thrill for me, and that's an unrealistic expectation out of a 3.6 car unless you want to heavily mod it, then there's always the question of if and when it will blow up. I have no interest in any hands on training with fixing 3.6 engines.

I had mine in storage for about 5 months this last winter, and when I finally got it back out for spring, it felt like I just got a new car!
