Easy to be cool as the hero. Tougher to be cool when things aren't going according to plan and folks are getting restless. I got a response that included a pic of the 2SS seats not the 1SS in an attempt to show I was offbase. Again, I am sad that part of the joy of getting the new car is soured. I am faily certain we will be happy post delivery. But making your most fervent fans feel less valued will not pay dividends long term.

Exactly, pissing off your big fans and early adopters is just terrible business.

That is truly the funny part, someone like Al O taking a tone like that and then expecting people to be OK with it! I get it is not HIS fault, but still, don't respond at all because when someone is nasty about something it makes it worse then no reply at all.

Rofl looks like AL O is tired of hearing about this issue. I know I have sent him messages on Facebook and emailed him and have not heard back and don't expect to. If I were him I'd be glad the find new roads tour is long over with.

I CCd him in ONE tweet and got a kind of snotty response. I was already ticked so I assumed it was just me. Then I saw that response. As a wise man once said, you show your character when things are at the worst not when things are best. I know I am a jerk. However, I am not pushing a product let alone one that usually requires five plus years of monthly payments. Make customer service and care your number one priority and watch how the masses flock to you. Make people feel valued and you will have a loyal following. That is how leadership works.

When it comes down to it you can by a similar product from other sources. To me it comes down to customer service and as bad as this may be it is better than my experience with Dodge and Ford.
