CSX and dealer tell me car is off train and waiting to be loaded on delivery truck this morning. They say it has markings on it that it is "sold" and will take priority over cars that aren't. Chevrolet Dealer Service told my dealer it should be delivered in the next couple of days. Could even be there on Monday. At this point I will believe it when I see it!!!

The 4 day delay in Buffalo cost me this weekend with the car...

I tried calling Chevy customer assistance in hopes they could tell me any information about mine, but they said the service department that handles the tracking is closed on the weekends. She also said that the information they look up is the same as the dealer can see.

I guess once it's off the rail, it's the old fashioned "wait for the call" game.

also does any one else agree that the csx voice recognition system is worst on the planet?

i keep saying S-S-W and it keeps responding sorry say that gain over and over and over

My dealer is saying that the car is expected on the 5th of sept...that is a sunday...

Aren't they going to be closed on a sunday?

OK I'm thinking this is my last CSX update.
My rail car reports as "Empty" as of 12:25 PM, so I'm hoping that mean's it is on a truck

. I will be pinging my dealer on Monday.

i think my car has been unloaded

. could not tell what the machine said but said in Cali and has been "construable placed"... not sure what that means hope it means it has been put on truck and is headed to dealer

what is interchange im not sure if its like change rail roads or if its going to the truck 6hrs on a truck or 1 more stop?

According to CT.com that should be:

Constructively placed

CSX update: Released by the customer 1pm yesterday. I'm guessing Monday is my day. Too bad the dealer isn't open tomorrow =/
