What a mistake !! Must be the Same people whispering in the R and D dept. that destroyed the Cadillac to loyal Cadillac buyers. OOH let's make it small and light and put a whimsy 4 cylinder engine that won't last a long time but be fast and nimble for the first year or two of its life.

I hope all of this hype and anticipation doesn't end up with a over-rated car.

...Can't break with tradition....
They gotta unveil it on the "Regis and Kathy Lee Show" like the Refresh was... USA today should have inquired about that venue..... |

The only ones hyping at this point is us, so if that's the case there is only us to blame.

I can't see them doing another TV show reveal....not for an entirely new generation of Camaro.
Honestly, the TV shots of the 2014 didn't do it any favors at all. Needs a proper reveal....basically like the 5th gen concept reveal, or the 7th gen Corvette reveal.

The only reason they revealed the refresh on TV was because the primary reveal (Z/28) was saved for the prime time.

All I have ever heard is that the C5 is to heavy, now nobody wants it smaller and lighter. Don't worry the Turbo 4 won't be the only motor. I don't hear anything bad about the C7 Vette being smaller and lighter, most people seem to like it.
