I think they got the 5th Gen right. Awesome styling, sacrifices have to be made sometimes.

All I want is more horsepower and lighter weight, oh, and don't go the way of the Rustang and make it look like a GTR ripoff but yet with no identity.

Parking brake on driver's side and move the cup holders to either behind the center console or to the side so taller cups don't effect how I shift (manual). Aside from that, most of these comments above are rather trivial. Lane change alert system will probably be forced on manufacturers soon along with back up cameras so I'm not too worried about that.

And of course we all know it need a diet.

I have a 13 1SS w/h the MyLink and no garage door opener option . Maybe I'm missing something here. Also .... If corvette can have removable hard tops , why can't the Camaro. It's the 21 century !

Biggest priority is weight loss. Alpha will take care of that though.

Ok, that's it! My 2012 Silverado has smoked glass on the back window & rear doors! My truck has a defogger & the glass is tinted. Come on GM; offer us, tinted rear windows from the factory. I am sure Camaro owners will pay for this option. I know; I will!

I honestly don't see the appeal of push button start... Guess I'm weird.

-Radio controls on left of wheel not right. It makes much more sense. Why? Makes more sense, not sure I understand what sense you are comparing this too?
-Needs lane change alert system, massive blind spots. I agree there are blind spots, but many cars have blind spots, just need to know where they are, and how to pay attention what is around you at all times. I do like the idea, but this will come at a cost.
-Sunroof opens to top of roof which is ugly. Not much room but should hide inside roof. There is no room to have the sunroof come inside and still leave room for people that are tall to be able to drive there Camaro. Example, I am 6' tall and when driving with my helmet( 1/4 mile. My helmet is touching the roof, if I had a sunroof, I would never fit. I too do not like the sunroof outside when open, which is why I decided to go without one when ordering my Camaro.
Dude... calm down, these are reccomendations for the NEXT Camaro. It will more than likely have alot of these things he mentioned if not all. If not, oh well, just hints to make the car better. You dont gotta critique his opinion.

This has always cracked me up, because according to other threads driving a manual was more manly and more in touch and in control of the car ...

I've never had a problem knowing which gear I was in nor needed a display to show me...

MyLink is not related to the Home link buttons.
Not sure if it is available in other models, but the 2LT and 2SS have this feature.
We have the home link garage door opener buttons on our 2011 2SS.

A removable hard top like the Corvette would add quite a bit of cost.
Cool feature? Probably. But I think more people would complain about the added cost.
