If I had a Civic with a huge wing,... I'd remove it out of respect. (and keep it off)

When you think about it, Paul Walker is just the James Dean of our time.

Coincidentally, both perished in a Porsche accident on public roadways...

RIP

Here is a picture of James Dean's crashed car. One big difference was Dean was driving during his crash.

R.I.P. to all who have prematurely and non deservingly lost their lives this, and previous years.

If you want to commemorate fallen soldiers (or anyone in general) start a thread, otherwise, stay on topic.

A great actor, humanitarian, friend, father, and family member has lost his life along with a great friend of his. It is indeed a tragic and ironic incident, one which hits us car enthusiasts very hard, since PW himself had a passion for automobiles. May his soul rest in peace. My deepest condolences go to his closest friends and family members.

Tyrese was one of his closest friends from the set of the movie. He seems to be most hurt of all his other co-actors. He even took a peace of the tire with him.

I`m sorry, I have to disagree, if Paul Walker had been in such great movies that James Dean starred in or co-starred in ( (1955) East Of Eden, (1955) Rebel Without A Cause, (1956) Giant) then I would agree he was the James Dean of our time, but in my opinion the Fast and Furious series he starred in are no were near East of Eden, Academy Award-winning film, Dean nominated for Best Actor, Rebel Without A Cause, three Academy Awards nominations (without wins) and Giant, 6 wins and 12 nominations.

If dying in a Porsche makes you a legendary actor, then I guess Paul Walker deserves to be compared with James Dean.

Dude, way to take a post a little out of proportion. Did I call Paul Walker a legendary actor?

All I meant was - they were both very popular male actors of their time who loved cars and perished because of that love.

My post was not meant to compare their acting abilities. It was meant to compare their cultural significance and pre-mature mortality.

There's a lot more than just that. That's just a small preview of his cars, which I've had the pleasure of looking at in the past since we work with AE performance, and Roger, who was a dear friend of ours. RIP Roger & Paul.
