2014 3rd Brake Light Help

Hey guys I just tinted my two lights by pulling the bumper off and everything and wrapping the taillights, but now I need to do the third brake light, but I could figure out how to get it out. Any help?? And no I will not tint it on the car I want to pull it out and do it then.

Thanks

Short answer: You'll have to take the trunk cover off. Use a trim tool and some arm grease to yank it off slowly. From there you should be able to figure it out.

I just taped mine off really well and sprayed it with some spray tint stuff... can't remember what it is called right now but I just picked it up at a local auto parts store... here is a pic of before and after. I did add a couple extra coats to the third light since this pic cause the first couple coats wasn't as dark as the film I got for the rest of the lights.

when someone tells me how to REMOVE the light. So far no one has told me how to do that and the one answer I got above that said put some elbow grease into it sounds like sure was to stratch the paint or ruin the light, and I have a feeling he's not talking from experience just theory. Im looking for a pretty detailed description on how to do it, on a 2014 3RD BRAKE LIGHT REMOVAL

Remove the trunk liner, there are 4 torx screws that secure the lamp to the trunk.

I removed the cover when I put my spoiler on so obviously, I know from experience. Once thats removed, its very straight forward, that cover/liner just takes some effort to get off.
