Just wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I am with Ohio Speed and in particular, Jim Jacobs.

Just got off the phone a bit ago with Jim, he called me to touch base and to inform me that a product that I have been waiting for has finally shipped.

So what you say,not a big deal? Well ya actually it is. I'm 42 and have modded everything I have ever owned,so what, say 26 years worth of dealing with vendors and suppliers in general.

And I have never had a vendor take the time to personally call and touch base like that out of the blue. And it wasn't some rushed "your parts just shipped,bye" call, it was a very pleasant conversation that went of for awhile. (I really wanted to ask you more about your project Jim but I'm needing to get back to sleep so I'm not a zombie all night at work tonight,lol)

Anyway the TLDR version:

awesome vendor,great communication, and who isn't afraid to put in the extra work to make things right.

TY Jim, you will most certainly be hearing from me again very soon!
