Kids shouldn't be playing around on their skateboards at an intersection. You'd think the cop would've have seen that and ticketed the kids. But then again, that would've required them to stop and get out of the car and talk to the kids.
Oh well, at least the damage wasn't too bad. Hope your insurance premium doesn't increase due to the claim. |

There are a lot of kids in my neighborhood but I hardly see any play in the streets. I guess they are inside on the internet or playing video games.
