Remnants of plastic dip

Hi everyone,
Recently I paid someone to plastic dip my rims but to my dismay theres over spray or excess plastic dip on the freaking inner barrel of the rims and its very hard to removed them. Is there any way to easily peel them off or remove them? Thanks

Usually the entire rim is plastidiped. Clay is the best and easiest way to remove overspray

I missed around with plastidip today for my emblem.......Once it drys it should easily come off with a good rub.....Or use some basic cleaning spray to get the light over spray off.......Its kinda hard to peel off a lightly sprayed area...

I used Isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) with a rag to wipe off overspray. Comes off with ease.

Lacquer thinner and a rag works great on the thin over spray. That's why when you use plastidip its important to use thick layers bc the thin layers are hard to remove.

Hi Angie, I wish he removed the excess spray on the rim barrels before putting back the wheels on the car. I will try the alcohol and rag. I don't know if goo gone will work too?

Thanks everyone for the recommendation.

He shouldve prepped better. Tape and newspaper is your friend, lol. I've used lacquer thinner to get the over spray off the garage floor before and it works better then rubbing alcohol.
