Questions for front splitter owners

Would a splitter work with my driveway? The air deflector is rubbing in this pic. Want a splitter but don't want to rip it off.

It's all in the angles. My driveway is similar and I have a 1LE. I can get up it no sweat so long as I approach on an angle. As Homer said, expect the bottom to be scratched up a bit, but you'll never see that.

I was afraid youd say that lol. Yeah I dont mind rubbing, but don't want any more damage than that if my wife forgets to pull in at an angle.

Our driveway at home is steeper than yours and has a gutter. My brother brought a Gen6 1LE home to see if it would go up. Went up. Its all in the angle. He pulled into the gutter, then turned at the driveway. It may or may not 3 wheel but not a single scratch, scuff, scrape. He's had no issues for the 3 years he's had his Gen 5 either.

Splitter

Ground clearance on the OEM splitter does not change, well, maybe 1/8". It bolts directly under the bumper. Here is a picture of mine. Don't forget, my car is lowered.

Yep all about the angle you enter the driveway. Mine is at a much steeper angle to the road and I have no problems entering at an angle with my 1LE splitter.

The lowest point although only about 1/8" lower is farther forward which reduces the approach angle you can clear, but it looks to me like you'll have plenty of clearance as long as you don't fly in at high speed and compress your suspension in the process.

I have the C7carbon ZL1 splitter. It's at least an inch lower.
