Flowmaster American Thunder review
I just installed this system (#817743) for V6 LGX and was a little concerned about the dreaded drone, after a short highway drive I can say there is no issue for me I think my tires and the highway surface combined make more noise, idle sounds good not going to wake the neighborhood in the early AM off to work startup, but when u step on it that's when it comes alive.
Great job Flowmaster for creating a great sound balance. I have a longer highway trip later this week and will report back my thoughts. Oh I used a sawzall to cutoff the monster factory system with a new blade and a clamp as a guide to keep the blade from walking which it tried to do LOL, the idle decibels are 74.5 on my DB meter. forgot to take the stock reading.
