Just ordered mine from local chevy dealer. Cost was higher but no one else in my area could get them. Paid 1k total. Will be here in 5 days. Thanks to those that have given input.

I just paid the same at a local shop, balanced and with additional road hazard warranty.

Great tires at a great price, at 80 F they hook great to the street while doing quick 90 degree angle curves, steering feels lighter, ride softer on street dips compared to the stock GY. Just 30 miles on them and enjoying them. Great looking tires, worth every penny.

I've had the BFG g-Force tyres on since I got my ZL1 earlier this month and driven it in heavy rain and sub-zero temps (-13) without any concerns (the weather up here is 'changeable'). No issues at higher speeds in heavy rain either.

I'm not sure I'll put the F1s back on. I had to drive the car over to the tyre shop in a rain storm the day the car arrived....3 km across town...and it was a lively journey to say the least. Sure, I was getting used to the high biting point on the clutch but the F1s suck in the rain and I want to drive this car all the time.

Had them installed a few days ago. So far the traction has been great. Seem quieter as well.

I've driven them up to 100* here in Denver... They do pretty good in spirited driving... round abouts... twisties... great mountain roads... but I don't do any track time. I've got close to 20k miles on mine now.

OK thanks. I don't track either but do get aggressive every now and then.

How's the wear on the rears? Do you get on it much? I'm concerned I need to teach myself how to keep a lighter foot in order to get more miles on them. I don't burn out or anything, but I love coming out of the hole hard sometimes.

The #1 thing I love about these, they don't pick up every single grain of sand, rock, anything... and fling it up the side of your car like the GY's did!

I'm sure there was another ZL1 guy that has these mounted, and he was pretty happy w/ them.

I haven't looked at them... guess I can tonight. I get on them too, but know I have to watch for where/when to do that now with the weather. When it was warmer, they gripped great, to the point I couldn't get them to break loose when I wanted them to.

But they are great when I come out of round abouts hard... which I love. They are also great sticking on this nice long semi round on ramp... which is totally fun!

The more I drive on them, the more love that I have for them. After my 5th gen ZL1 purchase these has been the best upgrade. No regrets I would do the same replacement any time, and they are great for year round driving, car feels more confortable, more dependable on any weather with a great sticky grip on the road, and these tires look like they will last double the wear of the GY Eagle's
Nothing can beat the price of those BFG's at half the price of the other options for our ZL1s.

I'm torn between the a/s and the summer version of the tire. Here in Austin we don't get a lot of rain and the temps seldom fall below 40 during the day in the winter.
