Why don't folks go and take a look at the New 4cyl Turbo motors Porsche is churning out for their Cayman and Boxster ....... If you think 4cylinders are silly and embarassing see the power they will be putting out ... I certainly wouldn't mind a 6th Gen Camaro in a Lighter package with that kind of HP ....

CLA45 AMG Mercedes. 2.0L twin scroll turbo. Makes 355hp. 0-60 in 4.1 seconds. I think that's 1LE or ZL1 territory.

First of all, look at the old 4 cylinder camaros. They're shit
Mazda has some kick ass I4 turbos in those MS3s.

Putting a 4 cylinder turbo in the mustang means that the mustang will be slower than the ford focus ST.

Putting a 4 cylinder turbo in the camaro would mean the same thing for chevy's low end cars.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GM NO I4S
actually the mustang 4cyl turbo will be faster than the current v6 mustang. That means it would infact be faster the focus st.

If Chev makes a 4 cyl turbo Camaro that's faster than my 2LT I'll be seriously pissed.

WTF.

Well, the current Turbo 4 that GM has, surely has more TQ (295tq vs. 276tq,3.6) over the 3.6L LFX motor we currently use ... It might be faster with better push power ... who knows but I would really be interested in seeing a 4 banger in the 6th Gen ...

Why? It's not like you're going to buy it? You would like to see the engineering behind it or what? Just asking

I might buy a 4 cyl turbo, I have plenty of V-8 cars but never had a odd-ball Camaro, it might be interesting and fun to drive a 4banger turbo Camaro ...

I would also like to see better and more gearing options for the 6th Gen, including an Optional Posi rear for the Auto crowd ...
