I use what we call 93 these days only, now in my old truck lower is ok but in hot rods 93 in some and 118 in the other

My v6 gets shell 93, it has from the day I got it.

Ethanol isn't terrible
It actually can help mitigate moisture out of your tank.

Have any if you that still have a factory tune try using different octane's to see if you notice a difference? I may try some 92/93 next time I fill up on my V6 just to see if I can tell.

93/v6 shell only for me! helps the engine respond better. and also helps prevent knocking in the future

I've been using 93 (with ethanol, of course) since I bought the car. Found a Mobil station that has 90 with no ethanol. Would that be better than 93 with??
