If it was $18k I would think they would just total it out given mine is. 2011 1LT. I have stuck some cash into it though with the factory orange/black leather, CAI, chrome wheels, orange door panels, etc.

Estimates from my local Chevy dealer came in at approximately $5000 for the repair.
