Really? I think I recall reading something about it. I've only ever driven through NYC, only spending time in West Point (best part of NYC I think).

I know the stereotype is always car horns constantly going off.

yes, if that relay is really bad you would need to replace the fuse box.
I would probably check for voltage coming out of the relay before replacing the box.

One way to potentially make it louder is by replacing the stock horn with a more powerful aftermarket one. It's worth noting that modifying your vehicle's horn should be done carefully to ensure it complies with local regulations.
Speaking of horn upgrades, I recently stumbled upon bosshorn.com and found some intriguing solutions there. While I haven't personally tried them out, exploring alternative options like the Milwaukee air horn could offer a fresh perspective on boosting your horn's volume.
If you're still on the hunt for ways to make your horn louder, it might be worth checking out bosshorn.com and seeing if any of their products catch your eye.

They sell wireless air horns which are super loud, comes with a wireless remote as well. Might be worth it for an easy loud horn? I've been wanting one for my streetbike lol. They also have em in dewalt and other brands.

Booher,

I had wired in some Hella horns on my motorcycle and it made a world of difference.

Gang: is power to the horns routed through the fuse box under the hood? Because then could you tap into that wiring somehow (with any good aftermarket product), and skip having to remove the entire front fascia just to get at the OEM horns?

Must say I would like to see this mod!
You will need a compressor, air reservoir, plus valves & controls.
You will end up with something that is 80% car, 20% horn!
