This is the sim I was talking about.
I don't know why, but on this car it looks awesome. But on virtually every other car it looks bad, well not bad just not nearly as good.

I personally am not a fan of the heritage either but if it is what you want then do not worry what anyone else thinks.
I personally like the Billet.....

Why is your SS emblem way off center? It must be something with the billet grill everyone I see the emblem is way lower than it should be.

I love the heritage grill... I'm pretty sure it's a mod in my car's future.
I'd have asked him what kind of grill was on HIS 5th gen.

I think the heritage grille is the way the Camaro should come from the factory...painted to match or black, it doesn't matter. The heritage grille has a bit of the 1969 RS design, thus the name. Looks awesome! Your bodyshop guys are a probably too young to know better. Take it from an old geezer bodyshop owner in his upper 40s. Oh, and I have owned 6 Camaros in my life as well.

For all opinions, to each their own. If they decided to be that vocally negative in front of a customer (are you one?), 1) they're quite unprofessional and 2) they don't own the shop.
Personally, I like the Heritage grill because I owned two '68 Camaros many... too many... years ago. <obvious> The Heritage echoes the '67-68 models, whereas the factory grills (and rear quarter gills) are clearly a take on the '69. </obvious> If I had owned a '69 instead, who knows, I might have liked the factory grille better...
