Summit white front and rear fascias have yellow hue...
on my new '18 Camaro SS. 99% of people would never notice, but coming from a body shop background, it's pretty obvious to me. I know the reasoning behind mis-matched fascias to the body, so just wondering if anyone else noticed this on Summit White? The metallics are 100 times worse.

My summit white 2010 SS was horrible. The plastic fuel door looked so bad I opted for a sportier metal door. I would have thought that GM would have this worked out by now!!

I always assumed this was due to the polyurethane bumpers. Same issues on my IROC. But I'm not a body guy so I haven't put more thought into it than that.

Different base materials do have an effect but the main thing is that bumpers are painted at a different time and location than the body so unless the paint mix is 100% the same in both plants there will always be a slight variation. It's very common.
