The constraints are how many are available to the entire country that GM is saying they are targeting to pick up. If your dealer has the order in the system and has marked it as a SRE (sold retail order), and they have allocation for a ZL1 1LE, there is a possibility that your order will be "picked up" and then put in line for production, depending on how many are already ahead of you on order. If your dealer does not have an allocation, your order can still be picked up, but with low allocations it is less likely. Occasionally GM will do a "sweep" and pick up orders even though dealerships do not have allocation. Presume this is to fill gaps in production. Sorry not a straight answer... Recommendation from a lot of members is to just go through Becky. She usually has larger allocations, plus she will straight up tell you if she does or does not have allocation. She does not beat around the bush. I also hear that she is very competitive on pricing and will make sure you have a good purchasing experience. This is all coming from someone who has NOT purchased (three times regrettably) from Becky.
