Courtesy light question..

Hello all, new to the forum and have been trying to do some research but have a lot of questions to ask and hope y'all don't mind. Just recently purchased a 2010 lt, None of the interior lights works, dome lights, flooring lights, etc. I have a key fob and upon unlocking doors no lights turn on inside whatsoever, tried messing with the dimmer and the actual physical dome switch and nothing at all. Thought maybe it was a BCM fuse, nada. Any ideas? Thinking it may be the actual BCM itself? to say the least, im 99% certain when i test drove it earlier this week they worked. Going back to the dealer to have them inspect it on monday but figured id ask on here for some input or suggestions... thanks!

Yah sounds like a fuse blew ? I would look in your owners manual to determine which fuse to pull to look at

Yep... sounds like a fuse. The next question would by why did it blow? Or is it just missing? Did someone use tin foil or something?

The fuse box has many ports that are not used. Here's some assistance (images below);

ENGINE COMPARTMENT FUSE BLOCK

To remove the hinged fuse block cover, press the clip at the front of the cover, and swing it up.

Notice: Spilling liquid on any electrical components on the vehicle may damage it. Always keep the covers on any electrical component.

Hmm... you're right, and none of those are specific to interior lighting. I'm out of ideas... sorry couldn't help. Again, good luck and hope its nothing serious.

I believe these are controlled by the BPM. Are there any other systems in the car not functioning properly that could be BPM related?

Any chance it is a 2SS with ambient lighting and is just dimmed to where it does not come on?

Edit - I see you tried that.. nevermind

Unless it was added you don't have footwell lighting, maybe you just have a bad bulb in the dome light!

Have you checked all 3 fuseboxes? There is one in the trunk on the passenger side, and one in the cabin behind the driver's side of the dash (pull off side cover). Is there a setting in the radio for these lights? One bad bulb can also hose the circuit.
