I bought my brand new 2012 2ss back in late April this year and window sticker was almost 41. They had it marked down with all the factory rebates and it came down to 32,275. Plus I got 0% finance. It was almost too good to be true of a deal! Traded in my 2010 1lt in for it and I have not regretted it at all. There are still a couple new 2012's around me yet and I'm sure if you offer a good number, they will move. Remember, they are loosing money on that car everyday it sits. And I like the 2012's cause they still have the CD player instead of mylink, not saying that I don't like mylink at all.

I gave them a 32 and they didn't budge, 37K is just way too much in my book for a car sitting two years on a car lot IMO, if they would have said 33.5 I would have test drove it and at least gave it a shot. oh well!

I don't think its to much for a car that you actually want. But ofcourse we all try to get the lowest price possible. So, I understand.

If you want to avoid hassle and re-negotiation crap, you can emails the sales manager with your offer... Make the subject line "Offer 32K FIRM for VIN # XXXXXXXX" and in the content add that you don't have time to go back and forth, say you feel it's a fair price, and sit on this offer a couple months and think about it, then email me only when you are ready to move the car.

When I was looking for a car I found a couple of new 2012 leftover's and the dealer seemed to not want to budge off the price.
