Freaking Great!!! Broken Lamp

Coming back from FL on I75 and a piece of wood bounces up hits the front of the car .. not sure where it came when I saw it was too late and unavoidable. I have been looking on eBay for a replacement light...

Sorry to hear that... better the headlight than the windshield. Glad you're ok!

You gotta be careful on the Florida freeways, especially I75 and 295, I was in my truck last year on 295 and its 4 lanes and I was riding along at 70 with cars all around me and out of the blue here is a truck tire on the rim in my lane and it was all I could do to try and miss it and not wreck everyone. My rear wheel barely hit it and blew out my tire, so now I just putt along in the right lane because at least I have an escape.

There is way too much trash on the roads.

File a claim, your insurance may cover that as a collision.

There's a double entendre!

Looks like you'll have to message/call TGMPG, I'm not sure what the difference is between type 1 and 2 HID headlights. For sure they're not cheap though, even with the discount.

Thought about that. A new lamp goes for $1200 at the dealer. My deductible is $500. Question is can I get a lamp for $500 or less and leave my insurance out of this...

Since what you are describing is a missile, it sounds like it would be covered under comprehensive.

I'm assuming you have $500 deductible as well?
