Exhaust Picture

Does anyone have a diagram or picture of our exhaust (2012 SS LS3) so I can get a visual of the complete set up. I get confused with high flow cats, axle back, resonator, all that jazz.

From left to right... Primary cats, secondary cats, H-pipe, resonators, mufflers.

Damn thanks a million
those are great, especially number 2

Now a few questions

whats wrong with running straight pipes from the cats back to my axle back S-Type exhaust?
Is this going to give me better flow and sound?

You need either an X or H pipe if you dont want to lose torque. Look up exhaust scavenging

If you EVER decide to put headers on plz take the time to consider that. You may be happy with the straight pipe for a while but as you upgrade and mod your car.. Headers, Catless mid pipe, Cam, ETC it may become to loud for you and then you'll be left with selling at a big break... If your fine with this then go with it. if not... Go with a little quieter exhaust to support future mods! Hope this helps!

I used photoshop bitch

And for your axle back tell the muffler shop to keep the h-pipe but cut off the resonators when he puts axle back on. H-pipe sounds better than buying an xpipe
