Want to know how easy a mid 12-sec pass is with a 100% stock 392 auto Charger or Challenger? Pull up to the light with all the nannies on, car in auto-stick mode and floor it at the light. 1.80s - 1.90s 60' and 12:40s - 12:50s every single pass, the TC system on the 392 is far superior to that of the Camaro. It took me awhile to figure that the car was smarter than I after a dozen or so up in smoke high 12- low 13 second passes with the nannies off and 2.20s 60'. Those who have mastered the launch such as SRT8 in this thread as well as a few others have gone the 12:20s with nannies off. Those bragging on the 1LE it would be truly embarrassing for you should you line up against a auto 392 with a driver who knows what he/she is doing. The 6-speed 392s well they seem to be 2-5 tenths slower.
SRt8tech please post your results with the new combination, been thinking 392 Charger myself as the used low mileage prices are dipping into the mid 30s now

Anyone else think it's funny how the OP asked about a SRT 6.1 but then suddenly guys had to pull the 392 card?
I mean it would be like a 392 Challenger owner asking if his car was faster than a SS on a Challenger forum then a ZL1 owner steps in and says "its a driver's race but my ZL1 will beat any 392 stock for stock"
