For those using Navtec M650-GM

Hey gang, so to do a proper install on the 6th Gen vehicle with Bose, without disconnecting microphones, etc, the Navtec M650-GMis the piece to get. It is expensive, but worth it for a seamless install. Some guys on here are already using it.

I had issues from the beginning of the unit randomly turning off all volume to the car while driving. They released a temporary firmware update which significantly helped this issue, but now have a full firmware update that eliminates it.

Just sharing for those that have it installed, or plan to install a system using the GM-650.

If this thing ever gets a group buy or goes on sale I would love it. 900 bucks is a bit expensive since I've already got my setup done. Wish this was out 2 years ago.

yeah I agree, especially if your system is working fine now.

I have an ultimate SQ setup in my CTSV, but am using high level inputs from the factory dash to the DSP. Am going to add this to the system and retune. The sound of full digital is night and day compared to analog
