What 2SS Options can I put on my 1SS

really, anything's possible...even the HUD. just depends how much time/effort/money you're willing to put into it

I just bought the switch for the steering wheel to control the radio, is the plug in the steering wheel already or do i need to get the wire harness??

There are DIY guides (in the DIY sub-forum) for all of the projects. I haven't personally priced it out but I wouldn't expect it to cost all that much if you did all the work yourself. I've seen a full set of leather going for $650.

Yes, you need the harness and you need to get the car "programmed" by a dealer to make it work

I would sell the 1SS and buy a 2SS if you want all of the goodies. A full upgrade would cost time and big bucks and invalidate portions of your warranty along the way. At the end of the day it would still be a 1SS. BTW I drive a 1SS and I'm happy with it. Just me.

I searched for 2 weeks to find my 1SS/RS. I love it and didnt need all the fancy options b/c I customized everything to my liking anyways.

I wouldnt mind having a color accent on the interior instead of the cloth door and dash trim, and the 4 console gauges would be nice also but I didnt want leather seats or HUD really. What else is there? I have a 2012 so it has steering wheel controls and bluetooth.

Edit: Apparently seat warmers and heated mirrors, neither of which I need here in NC...

Ummm, upgrading with DIY's is MUCH cheaper. He'd take a financial bath to trade in.

I have almost fully upgraded my 1LT to a 2LT and spent less than $1,000 to do so... I'm only missing bluetooth, HUD and heated mirrors. I added PDIM, Lighting, Leather steering wheel with audio controls, seat warmers, leather, etc etc...

True, I did it, it was worth it. I think it is in the DYI section.
