Unhappy Radio changes channel all by itself

Can you guys help me?!

Radio changes station/channel all by itself. I'm freaked out.

Example: listening to 97.1 FM...out of no where it changes to 97.6 (a non-station) ....then again listening to 100.3 FM, changes to 100.7 FM (another non-station)

It did this about four or five times today. We are having an incoming rain/ snow storm here in NY. It did happen twice when I dialed a number on my bluetooth connected cell phone, but I dialed numbers several other times and it didn't happen.

Your seek/scan buttons aren't loose are they?

Sounds like seek/scan is stuck as has been suggested in the post above. I'd see the dealer.

"sh*t happens"?

This is an odd issue. I haven't heard of it before.

Is it regularly occuring? As in -- can you count on it to happen at a certain time, or under certain conditions? If not...taking it to the dealer may only get you a "couldn't replicate problem, operating as designed." and a polite "please come back if you can nail down exactly when it happens".

seek/scan buttons are all in great condition and clean... car isnt stored in a dusty area either

it only did this today about 4-5 times...it's not a terrible thing, just peculiar and thought I'd share

I think it may be because you are listening to terrible radio stations...

Mine has done this about 3-4 times during the past 15 months. From 91.5 to 91.3 each time. Oh well.

Mine did this too… possibly with the same stations.

It did this for two days, and now the problem is gone… I was seriously freaking out, occasionally glancing over my shoulder just to make sure!

Do you have any favorites set? If not, try setting at least six, to use up all the buttons. I didn't see the Bluetooth icon in your display, have you paired your phone to the car yet? That might have something to do with it, but who knows, electronics are like voodoo to me.
