As the title says: What relay is that?

My Owner Manual says K7 is for the ECM.

Reason I ask is, if I pull the starter relay and the vacuum pump relay car won't start, but car can be driven with no vacuum pump. Was wondering if that relay had to stay where it is and is not something they can just move to the starter relay position to start the car

Clearly I don't speak german.

Like the only phrase I remember from German class in school is like "odor ein einzelzimmer"

And ffs I don't even know what it means until now I just had to google it.
