I'd prefer a check. I would not want to drive that no matter how good the repair is. Someone will enjoy a salvage title.

Sorry for the late reply guys. Really appreciate everyone's input. I learned a lot from these replies. And thank you for concerning my condition. I am pretty good and no one got hurt in this three cars accident. My Camaro saved me.

I will try to get a check from the insurance company, State Farm. Hope the agent is generous and smart person. Once I heard anything from the agent I will update here.

State Farm is an excellent company. It's usually up to their field adjuster who inspected your car
to come up with the value (ACV) if they agree to total it.
Good luck finalizing the claim.

Wow thats a lot of damage. Glad you are alright and able to walk away with little injury. Like someone previously said, if the frame is bent then the car is a total loss. From the looks of it depending on if the roof is also damaged you're probably looking at around 10k in damages. Maybe a little more. Hope it all gets worked out for you soon and good luck.
