GEN 6 Oracle Mirrors

So something I have done a bit of research on but have come up empty handed. Other than finding a few threads that said they would work on it after they did the C7s. I am very interested in getting in on these as they greatly improved my visibility in my 5 GEN. See below.

When I had a mr2 spyder it was much worst then a camaro's visibility. But in the spyderchat forums a hero rose upon us and managed to get some mirror company near him to make a small batch of convex mirrors that was the same spec as factory mirror size. I'm hoping name thing happens here.

I was thinking on the same line if Oracle don't come through. Should be simple enough to change out the mirrors.

This thread has nothing to do with visibility in the Camaro. He's referring to a mirror design from the gen5 Camaro. Slimline transformer mirrors. Maybe Oracle will make some again.

Well that's partially true in reference to the slim mirrors but it does have a touch to do with visibility as I stated initially on my first post.

I contacted Oracle Previously about making these along with complete conversion kits for headlights...both are a no go for now

If you adjust your mirrors correctly, no visibility issues. If you can see that much of your quarter panel, they aren't adjusted right.

If only I had a quarter for every time I heard that...lol. I totally understand that but why not have a bigger picture and still have them adjusted correctly? That is one reason I want the wider mirrors, plus they fit the look of the car better than factory.

I wonder if the Gen5s would fit the Gen6s?

Just curious, is there anyone else here that wished the OEM mirrors had an indicator light on the housing or embedded in the mirror? Maybe it is something that may be being added on the much anticipated "re-fresh"? Either way did the Oracle brand mirrors have something like that on their Gen5 version?

The EU version of the Gen 6 mirror assembly is manual folding and has integrated turn signals. It should be a direct replacement, but I don't know how to obtain it here in the US.

@Soleil or someone from Europe might be able to help you out with info if you're interested.
