Do not try this at home boys . In the long run a kit would have been easier and cheaper but there is nothing like building it yourself . The cuts and bruised knuckles give a desk jockey quite a sense of accomplishment , not to mention the laughs . Just picture a chubby fifty year old Italian child all confused with various pipes everywhere . Kind of like two puzzles in the same box . I'll figure it out .

Looks like you did your homework. Well thought out. You will have a rocketship with that TC-76. Things that go whoosh in the night... |

Man , I gotta get this done , the roads aren't clean enough to drive my other cars and cruisin' my wife's spare car is getting old .
I mean this is intimidating stuff for a guy that's dangerous with a bottle of Elmer's glue . Building that header is going to be a chore , I'll need to adjust refrigerant lines for clearance and perhaps reroute the battery cable and who knows what else . I've bought all sorts of space ship heat barrier NASA stuff for protection , also it's really cool shiny chrome looking .

Here we go , started on the right header . I'm using thick walled SS material . This is the most challenging phase of the build . I'm using all black silicone and piping btw , the blue stuff is just junk we had hanging around I'm using for mockup .
I'm going to try to make some good progress this weekend .

Got some more parts . The Fessler is kind of shiny though , I'm painting it semi flat . Also we have a turbo blanket , A/F , fuel press and boost gauges complete with small idiot lights I'm mounting inside the center a/c duct so they are out of view. The gauges also have a programmable limit warning built in . I'm wondering if I can integrate the limit wire into the car to kill the ign at limit , I mean at 7500 revs things happen pretty quick so it can't hurt . After all there is a reason those lights got their name .
I'm presently working on the header and will post some shots of that when I get myself out of trouble here . ( more later ) But the blow off valve was easy to fit up , gonna need some real good glue to get that mated up . This is definitely rocket science and I'm no scientist . I mean if it can't be fixed with duct tape I find it challenging but I can really weld stuff with a hot glue gun . Patience is not one of my virtues .

I logged over two hundred day before yesterday... And I'm getting the house ready for guests, the car ready for the trip, and me ready for most anything else...
