here is a Widebody project we are doing for the 2009 SEMA show

stock car

dissassembly started

shortened the rear end

starting to cut the qtrs off

qtr gone and widened ..

were going for a resemblance of the gallardo similar to

layout of the vent

build outs on the doors

will keep updating ....

its hard to tell what it will look like this soon, but it looks fairly promising!

i think its gona turn out just fine. cutting the rear, you must be planing on a fat lip on that rim

any chance of you guys doing a add on rear fender vent only??? just like yours that resembles the gallardo that just glues are screws on with hidden screws..i would definately be the first to buy one i would love to have the door grooves and the vents but not the wide hips..would look cool with just those and the rest of the car stock..might be a nice market in some screw ons or glue/tape ons..i would love to do that to my rear fenders, and i even like the "gills" but i would cover them up in a heart beat for some vents like those.
