Did you paint your lug nuts?
No. I designed and printed lug nut covers on my 3D printer - press on, pull off
Just looking to put some contrast in the wheels.

I designed and 3D printed caps to go over the stock lug nuts, just press on, pull off.

I'm not sure if it should be a deeper, brighter red.
Looks odd and Christmasy. Also, first thought reminded me of the painted nail covers on a cat lol

Can you post the STL file, I have a printer and would be interested in making those.

I finished changing all my interior stitches from the original gray on my SS to red using the UCHIDA fabric marker pen.

The bottom photo is of prototypes, not in the red I wanted. When I did the calipers I painted the covers the same color, shown in the top photos.

Well, the parts aren't free, so I will take a look at this and PM you.

Sound fair?

Just FYI, I printed in white PETG, 100% fill.

For anyone interested in the STL file, here is a link to the file : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0z...ew?usp=sharing

If it doesn't work, please PM me and I will send the file via email.

I suggest printing one and checking the fit first, then adjust the scale if needed so that the cover is snug on the lug.
